A contract must be signed and partial payment made and cleared before any web work will begin. 30 day guarantee on desktop, server or network support; shall be void if system configuration is altered or hardware is added or removed. Software programs or other intrusive software can damage system stability and configuration and may void guarantee. Parts are "as is". No warranty on hardware is expressed or implied unless by manufacturer. Once proper payment has been made in full, it is agreed that project is complete, unless otherwise specified. We are no longer obligated to provide support on website or computer system unless falling under said guarantee or a retainer agreement is signed and paid in advance. If a retainer agreement is not entered into, any further changes to website or system are billable at the then current hourly rate. There is a $25 Returned Check Fee. If any funds paid are returned, all discounts previously given will be forfited and the full balance will become due and payable immediately in guaranteed funds only.
